The following FHA documentation will be necessary for your FHA refinance or home purchase:


All FHA transactions:


1.  Copy of driver's license and social security card

2.  Past 30 days paystubs

3.  Past 2 years W2s

4.  Bank statements for all accounts, all pages

5.  Explanation for any usual bank deposits > $500 within the past 60 days and documentation of the source of the funds

6.  Most recent quarterly statement for investment accounts, all pages

7.  Bankruptcy discharge paperwork and letter explaining reason for bankruptcy, if applicable

8.  Letter explaining any derogatory credit over the past 12 months

9.  Homeowner's insurance information

10.  Condo/Homeowner's association contact information, if applicable


FHA Purchase:


1.  Sales contract

2.  12 months cancelled rent checks, if you are currently renting, or contact information for your property manager


FHA Refinance:


1.  Copy of your mortgage note

2.  Copy of your HUD-1 settlement statement from when you purchased the home or last refinanced
